We are eager to welcome children in Preschool–Grade 5 for classes on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings during the school year. You may explore the curriculum we use, available at Truth78.

Register for Classes & Check-In

If you are new to Bethlehem and plan for your children to attend Sunday classes this year, register your child(ren) with Family Registration. When you register, select the Sunday School class option (9am or 11am) that you plan to attend throughout the year. Classes for Preschool–Grade 5 are available at 9am and classes for Preschool–Grade 12 are available at 11am.

  • Each time your child attends class, visit a Check-In Kiosk to check in and print a name tag.
  • Classrooms for elementary children are mainly located in the “A Hallway” rooms at the North Campus (see map).

Sunday School & Wednesday Connection

Sunday School classes for Preschool–Grade 5 are available at 9am and classes for Preschool–Grade 12 are available at 11am, September–May. A team of worship leaders, teachers, and small group leaders guide children in a variety of activities, encouraging them in the knowledge of Christ and his word.

On Sundays, parents should escort children in Grade 3 or younger to their classrooms and pick them up when class is finished. We encourage families to worship together in a service and attend Sunday School the other hour.

During the school year, Wednesday Connection begins with a meal (4:45–6pm), followed by worship together (6:15–6:45pm), and then classes and activities (6:50–8pm) are offered for all ages.

On Wednesdays, parents can join our corporate worship gathering at 6:15pm in the Sanctuary and then send children to their respective classes. Or, parents can simply drop their children off after classroom leaders are present at 6:50pm or later.

During the summer, we gather on Wednesdays at Long Lake Regional Park at 5:30pm for a meal, followed by worship and teaching at 6:15pm, and extended fellowship until dusk.

Ministry Opportunities

Each school year we gather a team of gospel-loving volunteers to put Jesus on display for the next generation. In each classroom, team leaders, teachers, worship leaders, small group leaders, Disability Ministry buddies/mentors, and substitutes help children learn and grow.

SERVE

Parenting Resources

We provide equipping events for parents such as Sunday morning gatherings for prayer and instruction, a collection of online parenting resources, and various seminars.

Parenting Through the Years Sunday School Class
As Christian parents, our aim is to faithfully embrace the gospel and impart this message for the sake of our children. Join us at any point in the year for this 11am Sunday School class to be encouraged and equipped for your role of parent.

Parent/Child Events
Our goal is to support and equip parents as they, by God’s grace, train their children’s hearts toward maturity in Jesus Christ. One way we do this is through hosting events for parents and children:

Trail Life USA
Trail Life is a Christ-centered outdoor adventure program for boys. It is dedicated to a mission to "guide generations of courageous young men to honor God, lead with integrity, serve others, and experience outdoor adventure." This group meets on Monday evenings at the North Campus during the school year; boys in Kindergarten–High School from all campuses are welcome to participate.
